Payment and Shipping

1. Payment 

Payment for goods can be made in the following ways:

Cash on delivery to the courier – This payment method is completely free of charge, and we do not apply any handling fee. Shipping is also free. You can pay the courier either in cash or by card. Please note that cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Europe, and may not be supported in all European countries.

Bank Transfer – When paying by bank transfer, no additional fees are applied. Your order will enter production only after the payment has been received. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be processed according to its position in the production queue.
Please note: in some cases, shipping may be faster if the specific products you ordered are already produced and in stock.

Stripe / GoPay Payment Gateway – Enjoy secure and convenient shopping through the Stripe or GoPay payment gateway. Both gateways support the following card types: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, and Maestro.

Google Pay – Fast and secure payment using a card saved to your Google account.

Apple Pay – Easy and secure payment using a card stored on your Apple device.

GLS Courier (Europe) + Express Postal Service for the Rest of the World
We offer reliable and cost-effective delivery via courier service. For larger orders, shipments may be divided into multiple packages.

Within Europe– Delivered by GLS, shipping is free, even if your order is delivered in multiple parcels.
For international orders outside Europe, only the basic postal rate applies — regardless of the number of packages.

Customers will receive SMS and email notifications regarding the delivery status of their shipment.

Express Postal Service for the Rest of the World

We ship worldwide using reliable express postal services. The shipping cost for countries outside Europe is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please check the final amount in your cart.The shipping cost applies to the entire order, not per package, and packaging is always included in the price.
